Oh okay :) I just wanted to see if you were aware because I saw that it had a lot of sugar in it and i thought it was supposed to be spicy! ^-^

It depends on the brand you buy. I have 2 different brands in my pantry right now. One has 7 grams/tablespoon. The other only has 3 grams/tablespoon.

okay, but you know that gochujang (korean red pepper paste) has 9 grams of sugar per tablespoon?

I'm on a low sugar diet so I give people options other than sugar. If I did this video today, I'd probably use stevia instead.

Why don't you just use sugar? splenda is disgusting.

Won't using pepper paste as most of the pizza sauce make the pizza REALLY REALLY spicy? Does the heat dissipate a little after baking?

Well, if you can milk a turkey, then I'd agree with you but since turkeys don't make milk than seperating the two is overkill, IMO.

I would try your recipe but turkey + cheese is not kosher.

I saw it when I was in Korea but I was too scared to try it especially since they used regular marinara sauce on them. I thought baking the kimchi would make it mushy but fortunately, it doesn't bake long enough for that. : )
