thanks loads I can tell this will help me, i do jiu jitsu and have been doing karate for a while now and i really struggle on side kicks i get really sharp pains in my hips this should really help i think ps. was it just me or did you get your left and right the wrong way round :) thanks again

Ah, thank God I found this! I did lunges yesterday (beginning my training for my summer tennis season) and my lower butt is KILLING me. This helped loosen things up. Thanks again!
