ATTACK OF THE BALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Posted by: markgilst
Video duration: 46 seconds
This is my best claymation so far out of the very few I have made using animatorDV. Here is the story: A clay man named Ian Ogg finds a ball, but for no apparent reason he can't catch it. So watch the whole video.

Morphing
Posted by: markgilst
Video duration: 25 seconds
Watch a ball of clay morph before your eyes! PLEASE NOTE: at the end, when the clay does it's last morph, you can't see it actually morph. It is probably because of a glitch in windows movie maker.

Chinese Praying Mantis
Posted by: markgilst
Video duration: 452 seconds
I made a great video about my Chinese praying mantis nymph feasting on a fruit fly and atempting to hunt another. The mantis now thrives in a large cup container, and she is now less than an inch in length.. Sorry for the low quality.

thnx for the advice.

You can only keep one dp in a 3-5 gallon. And thats what I did with him. You need at least 3 gallons per puffer. You should move your puffers into a 20 gallon. And yes, if you keep them in a big tank, they can grow to 2 inches. I've seen one that big before.

Make sure to put lots and lots of plants and caves, actually 5 gallon would be better but 3 is good for starts, i should be getting pics of mine up soon.
By: markgilst. on 23 Mar 08, 06:03:12
It's not. Soon I plan to move him to a 3 gallon tank.

I think it's TRV460.
By: Wesleyweasel. on 09 Mar 08, 17:03:34
What is the model number? I have a Sony TRV350 that I use for underwter videography.
By: markgilst. on 09 Mar 08, 03:07:28
In some parts of the movie, I just put my finger above the tank, to make the puffer swim up and look up, so she's not confused.
By: markgilst. on 09 Mar 08, 03:00:42
I just use a regular Sony camera. I'm not that much of a videographer, either. I like studying marine biology, though.

fish looks confused
By: artseewon. on 08 Mar 08, 23:38:41
It would be better if there were drawings or something in the background, behind the fishbowl. but like i said, i love watching the puffer, its so cool and so is the music. Thanks again!

Thanks another time for sharing. Since i only have a dog, I get to see and watch your animals almost like they were mine, too! The dwarf puffer is great! I wish you had two or three of them. I also like the music you put with the video.
By: Wesleyweasel. on 08 Mar 08, 21:38:11
So, I take it you're an aspiring nature videographer. Keep up the good work! What kind of camera are you using now?
