Ruehl needs to work on its image, they are doing poorly compared to the other brands. IMO, Ruehl trying to market the older college graduate type isnt working especially when the clothing is very very similiar to A&F/HCO (Look at the button ups) only difference is really the size in the strip, thing/thick. Ruehl should be more like a Express type store, to target the older groups.

Albany, Ohio. It apparently is pretty cool ~150acres. Very much like a college campus Hey Raclip02, I cant figure out if my store is a Tier 1 or 2. We only have a DM/RM, our RM rarely visits (once per year). We have no GM and only 1 GM with 2 AM and 1 MIT. We have a total of 6 rooms + 1 lounge, I figure we're a tier2.....

Well A&F stores go by tier. Tier 1, 2, 3, or 4. The higher the tier the bigger the store and the more stuff you can fit on the floor. The lower the tier the less stuff you can fit on the floor. Usually Tier 1 stores are Volume A meaning they have a DM and a RM.

Yes I love working here! Ruehl is another store that was created by Abercrombie & Fitch. Abercrombie & Fitch mad other stores such as Gilly Hicks which is only for women. Anyway yeah, we were trying to learn how to play "little sally walker" but things got out of hand. LOL!

The pay depends. If you work at HCO you get paid 7-7.50 an hour. A&F I have no idea, at Ruehl its about 8.00 but it depends on what you are working as.
