I assume you have an adjustable rate mortgage so maybe the government could set the rate of all those types of mortgages at an affordable amount. You would keep your house. I think what should happen is this: the government buy up the houses that are about to foreclose or have recently foreclosed, and then the government work with the owners of the houses so that they can make their payments. Writing a blank check to banks is ridiculous, that much is true. The interest rate on my mortgage is rising, however, and if it rises too much more, I won't be able to make payments. That's not my fault, that's the bank. I shouldn't be punished, you know?

Is it me or is the end of this concerto really anticlimactic and unsatisfying? I enjoy this concerto so much and it's one of my favorites in the violin repertoire, but it would be so much more rewarding if Tchaikovsky had written a more satisfying ending for it. From looking at her fingering, it does look/sound like an open E. I think it's also good to note that for recordings, the mic is placed very close to the violin/soloist thus extraneous noises can often be heard in an recording where in a concert hall, you don't hear any of those noises

Subjectivity and objectivity are both just frames of reference, and talking about them like they are natural properties of the universe seems a bit silly to me. The thing about knowing everything is, it requires a determinism you can predict... but emergent systems can actually be so complex that they can only be copied, not predicted.
