The point is though, if he failed a "field sobriety test" then his co-ordination/rection times ect. must have been reasonably impared, whether he appeared drunk or not. But i agree with you that this isnt an issue that should be focused on like this, lots of people get into those kind of situations and its wrong to focus on this just because of who he is.
