The manga is amazing but the anime went off on a few random story arcs, I mean what was with the cheerleader falling off a cliff!? I like eyesheild cause its all about American football not unbelievable stuff like Sena rescuing her by tying a hose to his waist, I mean I don't expect it to be to realistic but what makes it good is how its slightly exagerated, still the animation was alright and the openning was good but I tend to skip the bits that arn't in the manga... which sadly is alot :c.

And that attack with the instant KO, is super hard to pull off, and is suicide to use on a really good person. And you're going to judge both of them on a FIGHTER? That they aren't even from? Modest Mouse is and always has been a great band. Their newer stuff is good - I own their newer albums, but they will never top Lonesome Crowded West and This Is a Long Drive for Someone With Nothing to Think About. Two of my favorite albums of all time. I wish I could see them live and have them only perform songs off those albums...of course I know that will NEVER happen.
