The math is correct. Walking is 2.4 (not 24), so 480 is the correct outcome, it's just that the decimal in "2.4" on the whiteboard was hardly visible.

Great video but still rather confusing to me because I have a calorie intake of roughly 2000/day which I assume to be rather average. And being 180lbs and rather active I should have a RMR of 2700 calories/day but I don't seem to be losing weight despite walking for an hour a day.
