Chicago- Carnegie Hall (1971)
Posted by: ChicagoKid1969
Video duration: 109 seconds
Global video hits: 26553
This is the only known footage of the band performing at Carnegie Hall. Chicago sold out 10 shows in a row in April of 1971 at NYC's Carnegie Hall. The recordings would become their 4th album. It's a shame that the record company didn't film this event. It was the best selling live box set in history until Springsteen's 1985 set. At least we have this short visual of what went down.
Enjoy!

By: rasigai07. on 26 Jun 08, 17:15:59
Thanks, i correct what i said i meant if you like it or someone eles likes it it is their opinion that is all. Yes exactly it may be wise to only condemn, but that is not what he said, he thinks criticsm itsef is invalid and to credit him somewhat there are lot of loudmouths who engage in criticism without action. I was making his opinion a little less direct that is all, not disregarding the value of genuine criticsm.
By: eleonbrown. on 26 Jun 08, 13:28:43
No, I don't think it would be better, in fact I think it changes the meaning entireley. Sometimes it may be wise to only criticize and condemn something. I like it how my problem is someone elses opinion.. but sorry for the gibe, it really wasn't meant to be personal.
By: rasigai07. on 26 Jun 08, 11:35:57
Would't it be better if he said To only criticize and condemn is foolish? Stop indulging in personal attacks. If you like it that is your problem, if someone else does not find it adequate that is their opinion also.
