"Sucks Ass" seems to be the consensus, and I don't think this game is ever going to see the light of day. It's over a year overdue without a word from Ubisoft and I think they've scrapped it. Alternatively, (and this is MY hope) they're listening to all of the pissed off fans and have decided to retool it so as to actually fit the title "Splinter Cell".

The problem with transmitting energy using electromagnet waves is that the strength of the signal is inversely proportional to the distance from it's source. In other words the signal becomes exponentially weaker the further you are from the the transmitter. As a result, large proportions of the energy would effectively be going nowhere. Totally agree. I think this is just a Hydrogen fuel cell (albeit a very efficient one) The car probably runs on hydrogen for a few seconds ,hence the throttle response. Also, by connecting the vacuum hose to the Joe cell housing,the pressure decrease lowers the boiling point of the water. The only "critical" spec is that the stainless be non-magnetic. Anything 300 series will produce HHO. Different grades (304, 316, 316L, etc) and electrolyte coombinations affect efficiency. They do not generally degrade.

No offense, but I believe MrSalty placed his pipework with too much constriction giving a huge amount of vacuum space even with it at idle. ZFF is only constricting a little and is placed before the butterfly, so at idle, it shouldn't even add but the TINIEST bit of vacuum. A bubbler between the cell and the engine should also condense most of the water vapors before entering the engine, or maybe even multiple bubblers 'T'ed off to reduce the primary pressure of the tank itself.
