I can't believe the questions about "private" content... If it's marked "private," it's PRIVATE. There's allowances in the Copyright Act of 1976 for non-commercial private use of copyrighted works, it's FAIR USE for all intents and purposes. Can a content owner enter your home and look through your belongings for illegal copies? No, because it's PRIVATE. Ugh. Clearly irritated...
