no it is real u can taxi at that speed on one of my flight we taxied even faster than that and the scenery is way to realistic.

And that "whizzing" noise is auto deployment of the speedbrakes. There is a handle in the cockpit that raises if armed on touchdown, or with reverse thrust selection. They are the big panels that pop up on the wing to spoil lift on touchdown, and transfer energy to the wheel brakes.

The callouts are from the Radio altimeter, and simply tell us our height above the runway... it helps in judging the "flare". (I have about 3000 hours on B737s, Classic and NG). If those calls come too close together, the passengers will be enjoying a "firm" landing :) And not that I have ever done that.... ;)
