The declaration of independence says, in context"We hold these truths to be self evident that ALL men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights and AMONG(not limited to) them are ... pursuit of happiness. The Declaration of Independence says Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. It does not bestow the Bill of Rights onto non-US Citizens. If this were the case, all courts outside of the US would cite the US Constitution as pertaining to their own people too. But you seem happy to allow anyone outside our country the same luxury of having the Constitution apply to them as well. What part of these Rights for US CITIZENS do you not get?
