no, its because you can't taze someone with a tazer! Not everyone has a tazer at there disposal. ESU cops had the tools to handle the situation but the kid left the apartment before they arrived.

police have no authority over me only God. I don't listen to people who harass me for standing in front of my own home or arrest me with out any evidence. The first time I was arrested at 18 I was beat up and MACED with handcuffs on. I was not disrespectful of dishonest with them. they were simply scared and overagressive.
