Six to eight black men - part 1 of 3
Posted by: Jantrao
Video duration: 384 seconds
Global video hits: 79501
David Sedaris' full reading of "six to eight black men". I added various clips and photos to the reading to make it more enjoyable and to help understanding. I only had footage of Sinterklaas bloopers, so it's mostly in pictures. Enjoy!

back when kids had more than two brain cells to rub together..... or at least the creators of cartoons did.

Lol ditto Dax I was just about to say that. And it does pick up just a little during the song just enough so you dont just go skate off a cliff lol. Loved this one as a little girl. This one I remember most.

One of my favourites of all the Schoolhouse Rock shorts. These little educational films were just as entertaining as the cartoons we watched. These were the commercials back in the 70's.
By: ericythor. on 23 Dec 08, 11:24:05
This one was my favorite.

This used to be my ringtone but when I got a new phone I lost all my ringers and couldn't find this one again. I missed hearing it. Thanks for the video.

By: pinkcandy143. on 22 Dec 08, 06:13:21
OMG me neither. I was addicted. I even recorded it to my phone and use it as a ring tone. I find myself humming it all day. It's a liitle frighteneing but I don't care. It was my favorite as a kid. I always thought School House Rock was a segment. I never realized it only lasted 3 minutes. Boy as a kid you really have no sense of time.

Its sad to see a tradition (Saturday cartoons and a bowl of cereal) die, as well as learning while watching TV.Schoolhouse Rock teaching techniques with jingles that stuck in your head hours after watching it was genius. There are so many favorites that I like, but yes this persons voice is chilling.."When you skate, upon thin ice. You'd be wise if you thought twice.....",Chilling.
By: TRKoneAD2. on 05 Dec 08, 02:25:04
Future generations will experience School House Rock...I need a bowl of Corn Flakes or Frosted Flakes (i hope there's a prize inside the box - Oh it's a sticker)
