The higher pinches are placed somewhere between the middle single coil and the bridge. Not sure which string those were in particular. I'm thinking either the F,A, or D string(Drop c tuning). A Floyd-Rose Tremolo bar would help and a Digitech whammy pedal will help (2 octaves will be more than enough to make ANYTHING sound that high.) Good lcuk with playing :]!
