In alot of cases, mentally ill = demon possession. One does not exclude the other. Self-reflection, self-realization and self-release WILL free the person. The demon is attracted to the specific dishonest points that the possessed person has accepted and allowed themselves to live through.

Tigerdraft that is a good comment. You are right. If u are mentally ill and if u are part of a strict religion like orthodox, even though on january 7th my dad celebrates christmas even though we still have christmas on 25th of december, these strict religions always think you are posesed by a demon. There is NOTHING wrong w God.There is however something NOT right w the orthodox religious institutes,be it Christianity,Islam, Judaism,u name it..They R 2 VERY seperate things.We SHOULD however,be able to always voice our criticism about the latter.But rest assured u can also feel angry w God at times. Doesn't mean u believe less in him though. And w regards to this girl,i was 1 of those ppl who made fun of her,but i also happen to respect her. There R a few others who have been hateful though.

i agree,but not with the "retardation" part.If anything,she was suffering from the complete opposite of that..she was WAY TOO INTELLIGENT..even MORE intelligent than a lot of us today.This is typical of Autistic children; they suffer from having too much intelligence.This girl was emotionally, mentally& spiritually MUCH MORE superior than a lot of us,but she had such a hard time hiding her own bitterness from everyone around her,that in the end it made her think she was just pure "evil"--tragic.
