Meh, I just watched the video again, and looked at some of the other throws. Do you mean the ones where he threw a ribbon spread up and caught it? Or the one near the end of the video. I THINK I may know how to do the ones at the very end. Just put the very corner of a card in between your thumb and middle finger, then snap your fingers and it should rotate. Can't explain it in text really, but oh well.

As for the throws, if you are talking about the ones like at 0:25, that is called the Hot Shot Cut. There are several tutorials on it. Basically you rotate the top deck, bring the bottom deck on top and then flick out the bottom card of that deck with the middle finger. It's very flashy :P

thanks for posting this my friend,ita a true shame that parts of glasgow have been allowed to slide down the slope they have went,i left 5 years ago to the emerald isle,i miss home from time to time but yea glasgow prepared me for the big world,i went home to visit and the place i grew up is not recognisable to me,new generations of folk who dont care or respect each other,it hurts to see,i have my memories forever

The practice of 'Immunity from prosecution' was originally for the benefit of the citizens . but benefited more the police officers who were given rapid promotion .due to the amount of information used for jailing 'Small fry' and production line Mr Bigs .. Interesting points. I left my home town 17 years ago. I still go back sometimes for the fitba and its a very different place now, very modern but the drug abuse is very sad, it appears to be as acceptable as going for a pint. Unemployment and benefits are no longer a safety net but a lifestyle choice. Dont agree the police are to blame, it cant be easy policing Glasgow. At the end of the day I still love the place.

Great song but it doesn't have the quality for a national anthem (NA). A NA needs to have an instant musical appeal and easy lyrics that we we all can sing and appreciate like FOS. Leave things as they are at least until we are independant and then maybe we should review the NA.

I think that Caledonia (Dougie Maclean's version)would be a much better NA-some people say that Caledonia is a sad song but its all about remembering where u came from and to be proud of that and i think thats what scotland is all about.

Hiya Dea, You do some very nice work in photoshop =) I am not sure about other progras, only after effects, if you have image ready cs3 you might be able to use masks and animate flourishes, but nothing complex, no bouncy effects, it would just be a reveal type mask.. and even then it would take you forever... sorry I couldn't help you, I hope you get after effects some day! =)
