Here is my 56-gallon column aquarium. My tank houses three Columbian Sharks, two Banded Leporinus catfish, one Iridescent Shark, one False Tigrinus (rare) catfish, one beautiful Jack Dempsey cichlid, one Hypostomus Plecostomus, one Freshwater Flounder and a shy Freshwater Marble Mooray Eel. This tank is actually brackish and these fish are ultimately going into a 220 gallon aquarium.

When the tank already has fish inside it you should never do that. Since chlorine and the other chemicals in tap water kills fish, the water should be dechlorinated before it is put into the tank.

that set up is stupid. the plants need co2 they will eventually die and the water will be polluted by the decaying plants. it also A awfully looking set up

I got lucky and have a lake in my backyaurd and just cleaned up the sand from our beach and already had 2 smaller heaters which worked as good as 1 big heater and had a 50 gallon tank all I had to but was the filter is only costed me $30.00 for the filter and the fish love it and are mellow
