I love these people saying Slipknot has lyrical quality. Slipknot is a band that's only riding on teenage angst, with simple, repetitive beats and lyrics that only a prepubescent brat that just got denied his allowance could appreciate. Joey is a decent drummer, but doesn't compare to Adrian. That, being the only viable comparison between the bands, shows that Slipknot should not even have been mentioned on this video.

I am, you should respect all musicians. Slipknot is one of the mainstream bands I respect the most, although they never wanted to be mainstream. I still prefer At The Gates more but Slipknot lyrics are amazing (not singer, the texts). And you need a bit skill when there's 9 people playing 7 diff instruments (2 on guitar) and a singer, to make that sound good you really need skill. Corey isn't the best, Joe Jordison is (one of the fastest drummers I've seen). Yes and Slipknot is like 15 years old

Its a stunning album no doubt. I always seem to be completly mesmorized by the last two songs 'Wail of Sumer/And there Will Your Heart Be Also'. I wish that they were even longer, because I've never heard any other rock songs that are as breath taking and as evocative as those two.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, but this is indeed from Elizium, which is an incredible album. There is not one bad song on the whole album, and its one of the very best goth rock albums of the 90s.
