Personally, I think the new layout just looks completely unproffessional and messy. I don't mind the ratings and time showing up with the YouTube thumbnails--it really isn't such a big deal to me, although I do find the time being ON the thumbnail to be an issue. As for the bulletins, I've never really paid much attention to them anyway, and I never really thought many other people did either (aside from dumb chain letters). But I think abolishing the original box was a bit harsh.
