"Gotham Knight" just cofirms that japanese anime is being adapted by american traditional animators. perhaps in time it may reach our digital animation studios, but who knows.

ohh him he's just one of those fans that likes movies as long as it has its most popular character in it like the new silent hill game pyramid didnt really have a point being there and they ruined him by calling him the bogeyman i mean harpeitior of death would of still been bad but least it was better then bogeyman

yamibakura21 said that Gotham Knight was missing the Joker, i thought that this comment is stupid since Gotham Knight plays between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, so no Joker.

not really stupid if you run a animated movie it would get all the unbelieveable characters out the way like poison ivy who could supposibly control plants and make it look good if you saw that on a real batman film it would turn you away from it and that would put the film in the batman and robin film pile

I love "Working Through Pain".

Stupid. The Gotham Knight plays between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight.

All the episodes were good, and the overall thing was better than I'd expected, but my fave episode was Deadshot.

I LIKE the old artstyle better, batmans an american comic
By: angehway. on 20 Oct 08, 23:15:17
gotham knight takes place after batman begins and before the dark knight - not exactly a good reason since at the end of batman begins, we all know that little implication - but at the same time, the animators probably didnt know exactly how ledger was gonna do joker, and it'd be odd for a movie meant to be a continuity of others to go and do something different like that

The scene of the armor is done by the art team of "Death Note" (I think), cooooool art. Anime art is better than current American cartoons art, well done Bruce Timm

I liked Crossfire the best as well. The batman looked so cool in that one. best version of batman out of the 6 stories.

I won't lie; these all look WAY more like anime than traditional animated series based on comic books. And I love every bit of it! Seriously, the art style reminds me of... which anime was it... ah, that's it, Ghost in the Shell. It's more like that art than any American style I've ever seen.
By: KrushedIcee. on 26 Sep 08, 15:34:39
I actually liked the CROSSFIRE episode the best.

By: yamibakura21. on 20 Sep 08, 03:38:25
I think the Gotham Knight was missing...The Joker! ^_^ You can't have a Batman flick without The Joker.

I liked the first one, where the 4 kids had different impressions of Batman, when he actually appears and the kid gets to see who he really is.
By: trubapesta. on 29 Aug 08, 09:07:01
i kinda agree but i like the idea of different stories put together i just don't like the different versions of batman. i liked the second story batman, looked better.
