hey guys my names mohamed i'm 13. wat i dnt get is ppl scared bros we are wrestlers. all of us here can kill. . i just finished pratice and caused amazement. my friend demontray doublelegged me, i got up and did something not worth trying. i got up and speared him yes sry speared him with the doublelegg and then went for johncena FU or in our terms firemens carry. wat i did wrong was i flipped him standing so it was illegal but my 3 coaches loved it and me and demontryay are cool and friends wk

i always wondered how guys did this move. it looks like magic the way some guys just get all the way around. is getting it that good all in the set up? or is there some secret way of getting more momentum?

o n also i dont no if uve ever heard of the mills but thats a really effective move when ur on top...its just a half but u have wrist control on the other side...try to find some videos on gene mills doing it

exactly if ur killen em in neutral get the takedown, then try for backpoints if ur good at that...get the 5 let em escape n he gets 1 ull win by tec-fall quick

you should really drill cradles, halfs, and turks breakdowns too thats all you need really, and if you cant manage that, maybe you could give up a takedown and try from bottom

Like the other guy said, practice. If you still can't get anything going, though, consider maybe just letting them get the escape, then play takedowns with them.

i feel u..i was just like u i still am but JUST PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE..thats what practice is for dont be scared 2 try anything during practice but i suggest being more aggressive..as in head snaps arm drags etc do the basics thats what does it for me..

u can rush by gettina one hand on his tricep anf the other on his wrist then u pull across and take the shot or you could do misdirection(just motion really fast make the guy over rotate and take your shot)
