Have always heard about Mark Greene's death on the show but never have seen the episode. I came across it recently and have to admit it is pretty sad and the song Over the Rainbow makes it sadder somehow. Though I haven't watched the show regularly since about season three or four, I have to say Mark's death was the end of an era for ER. The original "founding" members of the show will always be the best in my opinion, none of those johnny-come-latelies of the later seasons.

There should NOT have been a penalty on this against Zeiler! In fact, the penalties should have been on the AVS- 3 men went after Zeiler after they stopped play for the injury(no penalty was called until later and it was by the OTHER ref!) AND there should have been a penalty against the goaltender as well for leaving his crease (you can even see him lean into the group,stick still in hand!) The AVS are famous for'laying down' and drawing penalties-they do this almost every game they play!

Im neither a kings nor avs fan but Zeiler absolutely hit him from behind and at an unsafe distance, he could have held up. From a UK Kings fan: silly hit from Zeiler. One, he knew that Foote was a dangerous distance from the boards, and two he knew that Foote would make the most of it. I can't say that Zeiler would have done it on purpose, mor he was trying to get one over on a player notorious as a key-stone D-man. It's unfortunate, and I can't say i'm suprised at the reaction by the men in stripes; you see it up-close and it does look like Zeiler had the oppertunity to pull out of his check. ok for all you idiots who don't understand hockey......... the hit was legal and clean. the only reason they gave him the penalty is cause Foote's old ass was on the ice. They play would not even be mentioned after the game if it were a young player but since Foote is a vet. the officials office likes to blow the vet's. Well, forget 12-0. I'm just upset we couldn't beat Illinois. I mean, we had started playing strong football. Sucks that the bye week seemed to slow us down. Another loss that has really hurt us is that loss to Northwestern. more than the five points, we were 8 yards from the win, and couldn't pull it off. With the exception of Illinois, all our losses came to teams that are currently in the top 25, and we're stuck at #26...

It was an accidental overdose -easy to do with too many prescriptions. She lost track of how much she was taking. Sleeping pills and other meds are dangerous, it is so easy to take too many pills. I agree, Amy is also lovely, and I think she and Milton do a good job of being supportive to Marilyn, who appears understandably nervous, without trying to hog the interview from her. It is neat that she found good friends like these...a lot of women would have been jealous of a gorgeous movie star staying at their home, I know I would be! Then again, Marilyn was such a special person and she does not come across as the diva type at all. I'd want to adopt her, as the Greenes seem to have done!
