omg i said i wouldn't come back, but you insulted me (tried to anyways) Yes, I have a sidekick 3. I got it when it first came out, but I terminated my contract or whatever because i moved and t-mo didn't have good reception and now i have verizon with a moto razor maxx but now i live in chicago and am getting t-mobile in january.

Wow your stupid... Before you post a comment do your homework. I had a nextel before, and every few months they would give you a free ringtone and a free wallpaper.. they were lame of course.. So some carriers do give you free ringtones.. But almost every phone in existence has a penetrable OS that enables you to download ringtones onto it. EXCEPT FOR DANGER..

You cannot buy a recorder from the catalog from T-mobile... I have had sidekicks since the original B&W. Only developers or sidekicks outside the T-mobile network have the "record a ringtone" feature.. Just ask the Developer that posted this video... YA IDiot In the US T-Mobile disable this feature..like many other features..

For one, you did not just tell me anything. You wrote that a week ago, and it was not directed at me. 2. No phone company gives you free downloaded music ringtones. Trust me, I've been with every major carrier. AND 3, if you knew what you were talking about you would know that you buy the recorder from the catalog for a few dollars and then you CAN RECORD RINGTONES on the sidekick. Know what you're talking about before you comment.

DANGER and tmobile have never let people get free ringtones on ANY SIDEKICK. They never will.. THEY make MILLIONS of dollars off of rintones.. The bullshit is that danger tech employees CAN record their own ringtones... SUX
