i live in boise, and like both boise state and byu. since the dirty utes won, my beloved broncos will either be stuck playing a lesser team from the acc in the h-bowl . or they will play tcu in san diego which would be a fun game to watch. i'm not taking away from te utes' perfect season but its a shame to see a team with the same record be kept out of a game due to losing last years bowl game and getting a poor preseason ranking. GIVE COLLEGE FOOTBALL A PLAYOFF PLEASE!!!!

You know we're just messing with you right? We call you drunken heathens and you call us self-righteous goody-two-shoes. That's the rivalry. But its all just messing around. Exaggerated pride in your school and over-the-top condemnation of your rivals is an integral part of college sports. In reality they're two good schools with pretty comparable athletics and most alumni of the U and the Y would probably just get along fine if they met in person. Don't take it all too seriously.

I'm a BYU alum but I have to give props where they're due. That video was awesome! "We've never lost a fireside", "anyone who bought one of those 'quest for perfection' t-shirts get out". Brilliant. And sure the whole fascism/byu thing could be offensive but come on. Its all in good fun. And its nothing we haven't heard before. And the scene is just so perfect, how could anyone pass up the opportunity to make this once they had the idea?
