I thought the 1.3L would help lower the cost but it doesn't. They do classify it as 2.6, which is fcking stupid. But get a vin # and call around to many dif insurance companies.

The same place you get your facts from. Experience. Absolutely EVERY person I know that has owned a GM vehicle (around 15 people) has had trouble with it (and they're always complaining, vowing never to buy a GM car again), whilst I and a friend have had a mitsubishi eclipse for over 7 years and have NEVER had anything wrong with it. If you want facts, just look up the depreciation rate for GM. They lose value MUCH quicker than a lot of cars, why? Because General Motors sucks overall.

lmao i cant stop laughing at this fool saying gm motors are more reliable hahaha i have owned alot of gm and american and japanese cars and nothing is more reliable than japanese product...american cars always have something wrong with them...i own both so i am not being biased i dont hate either one cuz they r both fun to build but it gets annoying when my chevy's all have stupid problems every 2 seconds and yes i do maintain them well i dont treat them like rubbish they r show/performance...

YOU are paid to say that! The things you're saying is truly the most bogeous I've ever heard!!! About the EVO too! I love both of them But you don't have the faintest idea of what you're talking about!!! GM engines are wayyyyy more reliablee than any equally fast tuned "jap" (>:D). What is the most reliable? A big, lazy V8 that packs a punch, but lazy for it's size, or some buzzing 2 litre piece of shit that needs 100.000rpm to work and hardly has a 3 siffered ammount of NM.

It's True, my RX-8's rear tires are wearing out, and the car does not have track control, so it slides when I make big turns at a reasonable speed or high speed, but I have never lost control while was driving. Just like Jeremy said, the driving and commanding of this car is so forgiven, it does not fight back no matter how hard you push it.

I haven't really had much problems with the car in the rain or wet roads, as a matter of fact I enjoy driving on wet roads. I have had a problem with the tires though as they do wear out quickly. I've had to change my rear tires twice in 10,000 miles. Not sure if it's because I'm beating my car up but it does get me concerned.

What make you think the Evo is the best? The crappy engine that is unreliable as heck and has horrible fuel economy. And please dont say 'Jap' asi it is very offending to the Japanese. I would take a Evo over the GTO anyday, but both disgust me.

Are you trippin? The GTO is crap. Gms engines are utterly unreliable. The suspension is way too soft. Its basically a Luminia with A big V8 and RWD. 400 HP to the rear wheels,and its sounds like a ricer. Its also heavy, nose heavy to be specific. I dont really know how the Top Gear guys love it, they must have been driving the Holden Monaro, or they got paid to say good things

One thing with Mazda's I could never figure out: why is a Mazda2 comfy for 1 person, a Mazda3 good for 2 people, a Mazda6 good for 4 people, CX-7's are nice for 5 and the CX-9 is good for 7 passengers? What am I missing here. BTW my BT-50 2.5L TurboDiesel would cream your evo's, sti's, gto's, fto's, hsv's etc anyway. Fully Loaded. Towing a trailer. Full of bricks. Cheer up guys...:-)
