i didn't come here just to flame, cos tbh the album/song have great potential to be good, but they refused the 6 months extra they were to spend on it and honestly....jemgrover, those are the sort of lyrics that someone would see in a miley cryrus song, and talking about year 10 science..you didn't make the connection between temperature and mercury and the planet mercury in retrogade motion?idiot, but instead between mercury and mercury having a lifespan, and backwards motion all in one.nice.

"When i saw you last night, I wanted to say, run away with me". Who HASN'T as some point in their lives wanted to something similar though? And ACTUALLY, I was just thinking that the lyrics were quite evocative of a person who's life was in some kind of downward spiral (Mercury's half life depleting, or in "retrograde"). Year 10 Science was a long time ago, but it's pretty straightforward, no?

have you seen the lyrics of this song? i find it hard to decipher any form of meaning when the line 'mercury's in retrograde' is repeated ad nauseum until it has lost all meaning, not to mention their use of looping/synths is pretty horrible. theyre trying to take a path like radiohead and such, but honestly they fail by recycling 'experimental' stuff that was experimented 10+ years ago. a little snippet of the lyrics:"When i saw you last night, I wanted to say, run away with me". Nice.
