that is one badass satelite, but what bugs me is the fact that it was able to see Russia's little known lunacog rover, but not any evidence of the manned landings of the Apollo missions. wouldn't the base units of those landers be visible to this satellites sensors? kind of makes me wonder if there ever were landings on the moon.

DO oyu mean travel in a decade or be capable of being built in a decade? We could build them right now if USA would give nasa the funding. It owuldnt take more then a few years of travel, the reason why the probes take so long is because they start at a veery low speed and have to gravitationaly catapult themselves around objects to gain speed on the trip].

common myth. both usa and russia used pencils at first but was deemed dangerous as the leads would often break and then get stuck in vital equipment. USA then develpoed the said pen that was pressurised so it could write upside-down however it was not needed as once in space without gravity a normal biro pen will write upside-down.

Wrong. People believe that NASA can probably develope aircrafts that travel to pluto (using nuclear propulsion) in a decade. There is no means of transportation for humans to travel anywhere beyond the Moon. Truth is we've only sent out probes. (the one that reached Pluto took around 2 decades) Also, I said a "lifetime" because people are adapted for living on Earth. Not space. It would take a lifetime or more for people to adapt, let alone figure out how to sustain life in space.

the astronaughts complained that pens would not work in zero g environment. so nasa spent $13 mill in 1960s dollars ($120000000) to develop a pen that could write in zero g...the russian space program couldnt afford to spend $13 mill to develop a pen that could write in zero g...so they used pencils instead
