There are a number of good protein powders. I often use Pro V60 made by Labrada. Keep up the progress!

Alcohol's effect on test levels is not clear cut. Though you're right in that excess alcohol does lower testosterone output. Plus it's extra calories.

do you have any advice for breaking bad eating habbits? For instance, I tend to eat junk (chocolate bars and ice cream especially) when I'm very stressed.

Hey Dr Clay. This is awesome stuff. All truth. I will share this video around. Its like you just described my eating behaviors. I used to be a fat dude until about 15 months ago then discovered bodybuilding and the nutrition that goes with it. Now I sit around 8-10 percent bodyfat. I'm just really stoked that someones out there preaching the nutritional truth. Thankyou.

Dr. clay i was at 335lbs at 5'9 1/2. I am now 294lbs. I would like to be at my college playing weight of a solid 220lbs. I am now going to try your tips to help with the body fat as i drop weight. I do light dumbell workouts every other day. Is there any protein powders that you suggest? Thanks for your help.

I had a small stroke 10 months ago and balloned up to 298lbs! I was 220lbs and in good shape when my stroke hit me in my sleep! I just got the ok by my Doctors to start doing my Stairmaster 4000pt again! Thanks for the tips Doc! Hope to be around 225 by mid March Savanna Saint Patts day!

I have lost 25 pounds since August 1st doing a low calorie diet. I have hit a plateau these last two weeks and need to rethink my program. I will try to follow yours and eat six small meals a day with protein every three hours. I hope I can get back on track because I have a long way to go to reach my goal.

im doing what you said, only on cheat meal. i used to have a cheat day, but that only makes me wanna eat it again the next day. tnx for the tip :) btw, you look good ;)

well i was eating, plain oatmeal straight from the can, for breakfast, a vitamin, then a complete salad w/ chicken breast for lunch and dinner... ok i eat like a cat so i eat bits from 11:00 - 8:00pm.
