I love this exercise!! (well the results lol) I've only been doing this for a while but I can definatly tell the difference. But fyi it does burn a little bit the first couple times you do it.

this really works. I do this after walking on the treadmill for 30 mins. those pulses at the end are difficult but it feels great after!

I just did it for the 1st time and damn I can feel my buttocks for sure :) I'm a guy btw, but this workout seems to be suitable for both sexes :) I wonder what I could achieve if I follow this program for like 2 months, doing this every day
