I failed my first driving test because while parallel parking the examiner claimed I hit the curb, even though I didn't. The second time I got a guy that I'm pretty sure was gay and I passed...I felt a bit weird but whatever. I passed, that's the important thing.

Though I like Keroro's voice, I must agree with everyone else. Sgt Frog is a very odd and different anime that needs to be done justice. There are a lot of things that need to be carried over from the Japanese version for it to be a complete success. Many animes have died because the dubbing was horrible. You need to listen to the Japanese voices, and put people with unique voices like the ones used in Japan to the dubbed. Vic does a fine job, and he delivers right, but try others as well.

Ugh...this isn't Keroro Gunsou. This is Bobobo and Shin-chan. Also, one of the charming points to Keroro was his unique voice in the Japanese dub. I'm not saying that you need to do it exactly like that, but someone else definitely should have been cast as Keroro (and Kururu for that matter).

Okay, first of all, it's very cool of you guys to put this up for a test review. It was the first show I ever saw fansubbed, and it's great to be able to comment on it. I liked how this was handled. The jokes, while changed around a bit, worked pretty well, and I loved how the narrator sounded. My only real complaint is Keroro's voice. The actor's delivery is fine, but it just doesn't seem right for the character. Thanks again for posting this!

I know Keroro Gunso AKA Sgt. Frog is a manga/anime classic in Japan. However, as a dirty American & fairly n00b otaku (since 2005), people are nitpicking too much. I also have the nitpicker gene too, but I pick nits when I know what I'm talking about; I don't when it comes to the Sarge. Now to the test dub; I recognize some Shin-Chan voices & the kanji reminds me of Bo-bobo. Bottom Line: It's FUNNY! If FUNi puts out hybrid DVD's, nitpickers should be happy. TV; Nick instead of CN?

Ok, I loved everyones voices (especially Giroro, Sabat did a great job), except for Keroro's, you should use Colleen for the role, I really think she'd be able to pull it off And you should really keep all the terminology the same and keep the names the same, and also keep all the syllables intact Other than that, I loved it :3

Not to mention all of these comments do round up to the same thing... The majority thinks Kururu and Keroro's voices are really bad and should definitely be changed. Giroro+Tamama is fine, and Natsumi and the Narrator are able to live with. No one wants the names to be changed. Keep all the anime references for goodness' sake. If the Japanese can get away with it, what difference does it make with us doing it? We're just putting it into English. I will stop now before I fill the whole page.

Keroro Gunsou (Sgt Frog) is one of the best and most unique anime/mangas out there, and should it be ruined...Well, you're gonna get a lot of pissed off fans. 6.Also, another note on dodging the legal bullet, don't substitute future anime references. 7.And finally, a review for the future of this anime: when the more badass characters come into play, you absolutely must give them each serious toned voice-overs. Gararu (older brother of Giroro) will need to sound close to the Sepheroph voice-over from FINAL FANTASY VII: ADVENT CHILDREN. 4.For the love of God, please don't have their dialogue over-the-top ridiculous. When that happens, the characters lose their originality. For example, Giroro isn't stupid; he knows alot about pokopenian animals, so don't make the frogs too alien to the planet,ok? Kaeru is frog in Japanese. Gamma is like... a math/physics term. In any case yeah, "Keron" and "Keroro" come from "kerokero" which is like "ribbit" in Japanese, but I think there's a cultural difference since puns like that are common even in serious anime but in America they sound corny so we use Latin roots or scientific-y terms. It probably sounds more like "Anuran" or since it IS a comedy series maybe "Amphibian" in Japan. "Frogulon" though is just TOO punny for Americans.

Hmmm...I suppose you could use the Fan-subs for better and cheaper translations. They're extremely accurate from what I've seen. And for the love of all that is anime please don't make this out to be for American children, make it for teens! It's amazingly complex and by making it so childish you're losing a huge fanbase that it already has in the country. Think of the animes that American teens are willing to watch in the first place! Elfen lied, Code Geass, Blood+, even Wolf's rain!

Voices: Both Natsume and Giroro sound okay. I could get used to them. Tamama is perfect. I like the narrator as well. But the rest, so far, do not work at all. Names: They don't really work for me. Some changes are okay, but overdoing it is not good. And Natsume makes me think she is a victim in this as well. Overall: I can only recommend this to kids. The wider fanbase, I cannot recommend it. Especially since it feels like it is more 4Kids than FUNimation. And because of that, I say not good.

I've done that before...:). I was going to fail a test, so I asked to go to the bathroom but I didn't have to, then I went to my locker and tried to find my notes but they weren't there, so I got my coat out of my locker and put my hood up so the cameras wouldn't see me, then I pulled the alarm and I ran outside with everyone else. The problem with the smart car is not the rigidity and crumple zones, its the mass, or lack thereof... you hit anything with substantially greater mass and the g-shock is going to be far greater in the Smartcar... that is what would kill you. The lack of large crumple zones to dissapate energy (relying more on the rigidity of the shell) makes matters worse. At least they point this out in the video.
