Super stuff. Laird's solo... well, it was fine, as far as it went, but I kept thinking I've heard better bass solos, and he's probably just doing it to keep "even" with the rest of the group since they all solo. That said, I also agree that he "works" very well with these guys and they didn't *NEED* another supersonic player at that position, already having so many in the rest of the troupe. He played what was needed, and did it well. Ever seen a basketball team with 5 20PPG players? :)

Personally, I believe that there are two types of homosexuals (or bisexuals, for that matter). There are the ones that you mentioned, those who choose the type of sexuality they like, as you said, they find the one which best suit their tastes. But I also think that there are homosexuals who are born with this sexual orientation. There are e.g. boys who feel 'girly' even at a young age and then really become gay and have never been attracted to girls or women before. That's at least my point. :)

I was lucky enough to be at this gig, and it was unbelievable. For me Gary is the best "all round" guitar player ever...he can play all styles. For people saying SRVs abetter guitar player, hendrix, vai whoever. Yes no question that their great players (in their field), But Gary can do the f*ckin lot! Rock, Blues, Metal, Jazz, Pop, Physcadelic shit...man he's even attempted Dance music ffs! And not to forget the Andrew Lloyd Webber stuff in the 70s...even "Reqium for Evita!"
