If you're having a hard time maintaining good form, try doing the squats using a chair. Choose a solid chair with no arm rests. Begin the squat from the seated position, sitting on the edge of the chair. Keep your back straight and head up as you push yourself to the standing position.

Lets just say during the first couple of weeks, doing at least 5 minutes a day will give you your tone by 2-3 weeks.
