I figured we had bbq the night before so wanted a little different taste. It turned out great, still had the nutty taste from crust, and the smoky tasted from the chicken but the pesto gave it that Italian garlicky basil touch!!

I've been doing turkey on a weber for a number of years. You covered most of the tips I usually give.
If you want to pimp it up a bit here's my 2 cents:
- Brining really keeps moisture in when smoking.
- Use lump/hardwood charcoal. It adds enough lite smoke flavor so I usually don't even need wood chips.
- Cook breast side down for first hour or so. Evens out cooking temp.

If you were to eat them raw I would make sure they are FRESH out of the ocean. If you attempt the "all scallop" diet, let me know how it goes! Thanks for stopping by.

I love Scallops, thanks for the video. I was wondering how a all Scallop diet would work? Are they lot fat with little to no butter? Can one survive off scallops only? I know my bank account wouldn't. HAHA. On a serious note, I always wanted to try one RAW, Is this safe?

You had my attention until you brought out the grits. I am going to try the recipe without the grits. Loved the video. Sorry about your grill lamp.
